Based in Cumbernauld, ESS’s client is a highly successful organisation, part of a leading global technology company opening a brand-new production facility. They are at the forefront of the design and manufacture of next generation measurement and instrumentation equipment, such as Gas Analysis products, including Gas Chromatographs, Process Gas Analysers, and Laser Gas Analysers. The business is enjoying some serious growth and has recently move into a new facility in Cumbernauld and is transfering production from another European site to Scotland.
They now need to recruit an HR Administrator to support the current headcount growth. The successful applicant will be joining a dynamic organization providing hands-on strategic and administrative support to the HR functions.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the point of the contact for all employees and managers on HR topics
Offer full-cycle support for hiring & onboarding processes:

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the point of the contact for all employees and managers on HR topics
Offer full-cycle support for hiring & onboarding processes:
- Manage the Oracle Recruit processes, including creating and closing requisitions, posting jobs, managing candidates.
- Support the interview processes
- Collaborate with the UKI HR Shared Service team to issue offers and contracts
- Partner with Managers to implement a successful On-boarding program for new employees
- Work with Managers, employees and UKI HR Shared Services to complete the off-boarding process
- Conduct exit interviews as appropriate and provide recommendations on employee retention
- Collaborate with UKI Shared Service team to maintain Oracle data base accuracy
- Track training, Leadership programs and mandatory training
- Create training sessions in Oracle learn and support with enrolments
- Support with Performance & Development process, advise on procedures and meetings. Ensure review and follow-up.
- Have great interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Possess excellent organization skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Ability to interact with high-level management and employees from a variety of backgrounds and subject areas
- Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering organizations is a plus
- Previous experience in using HR Information Systems or other databases (oracle knowledge is a plus)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel & system driven
