CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER
DUNFERMLINE – SALARY £25-28,000 AND BENEFITS PACKAGE

- Managing all daily service enquiries, including taking some incoming calls
- Liaising with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a timely response to any issues arising, this is mainly customers, suppliers, tradesmen, senior managers etc
- Extensive management of logistics and planning to optimise efficiency
- Working with the operations management team on the development and implementation of new systems to improve efficiency and service standards
- Supporting the operations management team on the delivery of key targets
